- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Handle calls, chats, or emails depending on the client.
- Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer inquiries.
- Represent brands with professionalism and care.

Step 1: Fill out an application
Fill out an application form here. Once you are approve you will receive an email with the onboarding process.
Step 2: Create a profile
Fill out our Contact Form and we will email you a special link to create your profile. Once you click the link, you will click “Continue with Desert Blooms Virtual Solutions LLC” and proceed in creating your Arise profile.
*Please note: You MUST use the name that is associated with your Drivers License and Social Security. If you have recently been married or had a name change, you must make sure that your documents have been updated to match your last name before registering.
*If you create your account without using our special link, make sure you use our referral code which will either be 5910304 or the Agent ID of the team member that referred you to Arise and Desert Blooms. Then you would input our IB ID 1154137 to choose Desert Blooms Virtual Solutions.
Step 3: Register as an Agent working with Desert Blooms Virtual Solutions LLC on the Arise platform
During this step you will confirm your name is spelled correctly and input your SS# and we will be informed that you have requested to join our team:
Step 4: Sign documents and validate e-mail
Once you have been accepted into the Desert Blooms team, you will need to log in at portal.arise.com and view and sign the documents.
*** When you click “View and Sign” you must click inside the pop up document, scroll all the way to the bottom then the button will turn orange and allow you to sign.
We will then finalize your request to join our team!
You will receive your welcome email which will be full of great information to help you get started.
*** Please give us up to 48 business hours to finalize your request.
While you wait for us to finalize your request, check your email and make sure you click the link to validate your email address.
Step 5: Choose a client program
During this step you will take an assessment to find out which jobs fit you the best then be given access to the client opportunities board where you can see what projects are available. You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 100 companies such as cable companies, cruise lines, retail stores and many more. All classes are FREE! There will be a $30 background check fee which will be good for 36 months.
The client certification courses are typically anywhere between 5 and 30 days (M-F). Once you certify, you will be offered the opportunity to provide your services to that client and can start work immediately!
Make sure you review the checklist and the technical requirements before enrolling.
The client board changes often so if you don’t see a client that suits you, be patient as something may come up that will match your talents and availability.
By this time you should have received an invite to join the Desert Blooms Virtual Solutions Private Facebook page. Make sure to join our Facebook page as this is where the client pay rates are posted along with any special voucher offers and important announcements.
