Minimum Equipment & Internet Needs
To ensure a smooth and reliable work experience, you’ll need the following:
Computer & Accessories
- Desktop or laptop computer (Mac (Apple) computers are no longer supported by Arise clients)
- Workstation requirements
- Reliable webcam and microphone (built-in or external)
- Headset with noise-canceling microphone (recommended for calls)
Internet
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Wired Ethernet connection preferred for best stability
